Senior Signaling Engineer

As a Senior Signaling Engineer, you will be a key technical leader within WSP’s Rail & Transit team, helping shape safe, reliable, and innovative rail systems across Canada. Reporting to the Manager, Rail Systems Engineering, you will collaborate with Chief Engineers, technical specialists, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex signalling solutions for commuter rail, subway, light rail, and heavy rail projects. In this senior role, you will apply your transferable skills to define engineering processes, develop execution plans, mentor junior team members, and serve as the technical lead on multiple projects. You will be supported by leadership to grow your professional capabilities and strengthen your impact as a leader in a consulting environment. Responsibilities
