Job Scope

• Able to commence work immediately or no later than 7 February 2026 .
• Possess 10–12 years of experience in structural works, drawings, and site coordination .
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, material samples, and method statements, ensuring all parties are kept informed of the latest revisions and updates.
• Attend project, technical, and coordination meetings , and resolve site issues with owners and consultants to ensure smooth construction progress.
• Verify that site works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and authorities’ requirements , and ensure subcontractors rectify any non-compliance promptly.
• Resolve site-related issues with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers in a timely manner to minimise delays to the construction schedule.
