Senior Site Engineer - High-Rise Development (Emaar)

Emaar Properties is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead the execution of mega structural projects. You will be responsible for managing large labor forces, ensuring strict safety compliance, and delivering project milestones exactly on schedule.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. An active UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) membership and Dubai Municipality (DM) approval are strictly required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of hands‑on GCC experience, specifically focusing on the construction of high‑rise residential towers and luxury villas.
• Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, coordinate with sub‑contractors and MEP teams, ensure structural integrity during concrete pouring, and obtain timely NOCs from local authorities.
