Senior Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team at Texon Construction Sdn. Bhd. in Sepang / Sungai Pelek, Selangor. As a full-time permanent member of our Civil/Structural Engineering division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
2. Interpreting and implementing engineering drawings, specifications and plans
3. Monitoring construction progress and identifying and resolving any technical issues that arise
4. Liaising with project managers, architects, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
5. Conducting site inspections and providing technical guidance to the construction team
