Senior Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a main contractor who are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager based in Birmingham to assist with the delivery of a complex refurbishment scheme. Our client is looking to recruit for this role immediately on a long-term freelance basis.

You will report into a site-based Project Manager and be working as part of the wider site team with full responsibility for specific packages.

Candidates will need to have experience with steelwork, façade, brickwork and temporary works. You will also need to have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and ideally temporary works qualification.

Rate is negotiable depending on experience.
