Role Purpose
To provide overall leadership, governance, and delivery accountability for a large-scale, multi-site IT infrastructure project, covering the supply, operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of compute and data centre environments.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overall accountability for project and operational service delivery
Lead and coordinate all project and operational technical resources
Attend and represent the service provider at project, SLA, ITAC, and stakeholder meetings
Oversee IMACD activities across all sites
