Salary Range: $4,500 – $6,400 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (5-day work week)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Oversee procurement activities, including quotations, purchase orders, and cost control
• Prepare and submit progress claims, payment certificates, and monthly cost reports
• Track and evaluate Variation Orders (VOs) and review Architect's Instructions (AIs) for cost and time impact
