Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

PC Installation & Contracting Sdn Bhd is looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Sepang.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and EOT applications with accurate and timely supporting documentation.
Attend site valuations, measurements, and meetings; liaise with the Contract Manager and Project Manager on variation and contractual matters.
Assist in contract awards, subcontractor evaluations, and sourcing competitive quotations from suppliers.
Provide pre- and post-contract support, including cost monitoring, scope change management, and final account preparation.
Work with the Project Manager to prepare regular physical progress and cost-related reports.
Track retention sums and ensure timely release upon project completion; support post-contract activities.
