Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Senior Site Quantity Surveyor:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of contract administration, including handling contractual matters with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring site teams comply with contract obligations and scopes.
• Lead procurement activitiessource subcontractors/suppliers, obtain quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and raise purchase orders to secure competitive pricing within project budgets.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients, evaluate subcontractor claims, and prepare payment certificates to ensure healthy project cash flow.
• Update and monitor monthly cost reports covering expenses and financial status for HQ and Project Manager review.
• Identify and submit variation order (VO) claims, review Architect Instructions, and advise Project Manager on cost/time implications.
