Senior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Malaysia. The Senior Site Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing daily site operations, supervising site personnel, and ensuring construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive site experience, and a thorough understanding of local construction practices, regulations, and safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure a consistently high standard of work in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular inspections with sub-contractors.
2. Oversee multiple projects.
3. Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to standard operational procedures.
4. Ensure timely issuance of material requisitions to meet the construction program.
