Job Description

                    An electronics manufacturing company located in Mexico, Jalisco, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for Surface Mount Technology (SMT). The ideal candidate will lead and optimize SMT processes, possess at least 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Strong expertise in statistical tools and knowledge of relevant standards are essential. This role offers opportunities to improve production yield and mentor junior engineers.
