Liquid Personnel is hiring a Senior Social Worker for their Connecting Care Team in Wakefield. Candidates must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and have post-qualified experience.

Requirements for the role:  
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and application of key legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Human Rights Act 1998.

Manage complex cases, including assessments, care planning, and risk management.
