Requirements
Degree in Social Work
Willing to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure when discharging duties
Willing to perform shift work in accordance with the Duty Roster
3 years of direct practice, 1 year of supervisory role
Responsibilities
Advanced clinical, supervisory, and administrative responsibilities include:
Provide leadership, supervision to a team of social workers, caseworkers or other support staff.
Oversee complex cases, ensuring that appropriate interventions and services are provided, and conduct assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
Collaborate with other professionals, agencies, and community organizations to enhance the delivery of social services.
Work to influence policies and practices that impact the well-being of the residents and contribute to the development of policies and procedures within the organisation.
