Senior Software Automation Engineer

Role Overview
Vision Group Consulting (VGC) is seeking a Senior Software Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Siemens PCS 7, TIA Portal, and Allen-Bradley control systems to join our growing automation and digital transformation team.
The successful candidate will play a key technical leadership role in the design, development, commissioning, and optimization of industrial control and automation systems across mining, power generation, oil & gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects, both locally and internationally.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is technically excellent, detail-driven, and comfortable working across multiple platforms, sites, and stakeholders.
