Senior Software Consultant

Responsibilities
Review and sign off on critical development deliverables
Conduct code reviews across Java, JavaScript, and Oracle SQL
Guide vendor teams and ensure high‑quality implementation
Build POCs to validate feasibility and reduce project risk
Support production migrations, continuity testing, and environment transitions
Skills / Requirements
7+ years of experience in
Java/J2EE
and enterprise system design
Expertise in
Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, MyBatis
Strong understanding of
cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Hands‑on experience with
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git)
Experience leading vendor teams and ensuring delivery quality
Strong analytical, debugging, and architectural skills
