Senior Software Developer – AI

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (AI) who will design, build, and scale AI-driven applications. The role involves working closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, reliable, and production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered applications
• Build and optimize LLM-based solutions (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG)
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs for AI workloads
• Work with structured & unstructured data (text, PDFs, EDI, images, logs)
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
• Integrate AI models with existing enterprise systems
• Mentor junior developers and review code
• Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy best practices
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
