The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack and has experience delivering production-quality software. On the frontend, focus on usability, performance, and clean design. On the backend, build reliable, efficient services and APIs. An interest in AI and its practical application in enterprise software is important. Candidates should be able to work independently, take ownership of their work, and collaborate effectively with teammates to deliver high-quality solutions.
