We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join the Customer Self-Served Support team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mobile and web portal application architecture, microservices, APIs, and data systems. They are passionate about ensuring application stability, robustness, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous improvement and stability of web/mobile applications and data systems.
• Enhance application monitoring dashboards to track performance and health.
• Troubleshoot production issues, provide RCA, and conduct post-incident reviews.
• Conduct daily huddles to manage and resolve reported issues promptly.
