Senior Software Engineer - AI Agentic Product Dev

Eightfold is building the next generation of Agentic AI products that help millions of people and enterprises make better talent decisions. We’re looking for a Software Engineer to design and build highly scalable, user-facing product features across frontend and backend systems.


In this role, you’ll work on AI-powered , autonomous product experiences, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to bring intelligent agents to life in production. This is a true product engineering role—you’ll own features end-to-end and see your work used globally at scale.
