Senior Software Engineer - AI

We’re looking for a curious, motivated **Senior Software Engineer AI** to join our team and help build the next
generation of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity to
learn how AI and machine learning are developed and deployed in a real-world,
enterprise SaaS environment. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to
explore how large language models, recommender systems, and other AI tools can
make work more personal and efficient.

**In this role you will…**

+ Support the design, development, and testing of AI-drivenfeatures within Cornerstone’s Galaxy ecosystem.
+ Collaborate with senior engineers on small projects involvingnatural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generativeAI.
+ Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for model trainingand evaluation.
+ Experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, orHugging Face.
+ Learn about MLOps concepts such as model deployment,monitorin...
