About MincaAI We build AI-powered underwriting systems for insurance companies. AI is not a feature. It’s infrastructure. Our platform runs LLM extraction pipelines in production every day, processes unstructured insurance data at scale, and operates across distributed microservices (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQS, AWS) for large insurers. This is real production AI under enterprise constraints.

Who We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building production systems
• Comfortable with async workflows, queues, retries, failure handling
• Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL ideally)
• Experience working in English (written + spoken)

• You actively use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code)
• You optimize your development workflow with AI
• You think in systems
• You have a strong growth mindset
