Senior Software Engineer

IDEXX Auckland is looking for a Senior Back End Software Engineer with a passion for data, to join a new team we are building in the Auckland office! As a Senior Backend Software Engineer will be part of our Data services team where they are building infrastructure, schemas, and frameworks that ensure data flows efficiently and securely to consumers that need this data. The position will be driving the vision for data streaming and delivering new services and products for sharing and modelling data within our cloud‑based veterinary application. This is a software engineering role heavy on data, NOT a data science or data engineering position. This is about engineering rock‑solid data pipelines from disparate sources, aligning with enterprise architecture, and collaborating with stakeholders to evolve our data ecosystem.
