Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop distributed backend services for high-scale, cloud-based solutions in the fintech and payments ecosystem. You will lead by example in technical excellence, own the technical architecture and design of systems, and mentor team members while driving CI/CD and automation culture across teams. This role combines hands-on development (80%), technical leadership (10%), and architectural guidance (10%).
