Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Level 2 application support to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications. 
Key Requirements 
Experience in L2 application support 
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) 
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases 
Proficient in Java or Python 
Experience supporting production systems in a 24x7 environment 
Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
5–7 years of experience in software development and/or application support 
Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments 
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) 
Familiar with Grafana, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka, Helm, and GitOps practices 
Strong incident management, root cause analysis, and Agile experience
