We are looking for a high‑intensity Full Stack Engineer with a strong React Native DNA, who hates jank, obsesses over 60 FPS animations, and understands mobile performance and API design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of our React Native ecosystem, implementing patterns for robust online‑first capabilities, complex state persistence, and real‑time data synchronization.
• Bridge the gap by designing and optimizing Python FastAPI/Django backend services, ensuring APIs are tailored for mobile efficiency with minimized payloads, efficient polling, and WebSocket integration.
• Own the Frame Budget, identify and fix render bottlenecks, memory leaks, and excessive bridge traffic to keep the app feeling native.
