Senior Software Engineer - Prop Trading - London - £400k TC
Durlston Partners is working with an exciting Prop Trading firm that combines the intellectual rigour of a top-tier research lab with the agility of a tech start-up.
You’ll be joining an elite group of engineers (think ICPC World Finalists, former Math Olympiad winners, and ex-Big Tech architects) solving complex latency and throughput challenges in a relaxed, open-collar environment. This is a tech-first culture where the code speaks louder than the suit, and you'll be building the next generation of trading systems without the bureaucratic red tape.
You’ll work on the core trading infrastructure, building low-latency systems that handle massive volumes of data. This is a hands-on role where you will design scalable architecture, optimise for speed and reliability, and directly influence the firm's trading strategies.
