Techmunity are working with a fast-growing AI company who've built a product that is transforming the way hundreds of financial services businesses operate.
They're hiring software engineers at multiple levels (senior and staff) who want to ship great software in a lean, fast-moving team.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role - they already have strong technical leadership in place, so we're looking for people who want to build, not manage.
You'll work directly with founders and senior leaders from day one, own features end-to-end, and deploy multiple times a day.
If you've spent time building meaningful parts of a product where you can point to real customer or business impact, you'll fit right in.
What the Work Looks Like
- Designing and shipping features across a modern stack: Python / Flask / FastAPI on the backend, React / TypeScript on the frontend, and GCP / AWS / Terraform for infra
