Senior Software Engineer

Barq Dev is on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer - Python/Django to join our team.
Must-Have
3-5 years of experience with Python and the Django framework
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Develop and maintain backend services and web applications using Python and Django
Experience in implementing RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration
Decent understanding of frontend technologies (JavaScript, React)
Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Team Leadership and mentorship experience
Experience working in an Agile environment
Good-to-Have
Experience with Flask or Fast API
Familiarity with AWS, Heroku, Docker, and deployment tools
LLM integration experience is a strong advantage
Experience with caching (Redis, Memcached) and task scheduling
