The Senior Software Engineer leads technical initiatives across the full technology stack and mentors other engineers in full-stack development while ensuring the successful design, development, and delivery of platform features. 
Duties: 
Lead technical design and implementation across all layers of the platform 
Serve as technical lead for development squads (as needed), demonstrating expertise across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure 
Guide adoption of new technologies and help teams develop full-stack capabilities
