Senior Software Engineer - Product Security (Edmonton)

About the Role

As a core member of the Product Security team, you will be at the forefront of creating high‑impact security features for Confluent Cloud and improving our security platform. This role involves designing and implementing identity and access management functionality, as well as scalable authentication and authorization methods like OAuth, mTLS, RBAC and ABAC. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and InfoSec teams to build frictionless yet secure solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance Confluent Cloud’s security posture and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
