Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer (L3 Support) with strong expertise in .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. The candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex application issues, and ensuring the stability and performance of business-critical applications. This role requires working in the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone and collaborating closely with business users and stakeholders.
