Responsibilities
Define and drive testing strategy including shift-left, risk-based and BDD/TDD approaches
Establish testing standards, governance, release gates and quality metrics
Lead automation across UI, API, regression and CI/CD pipelines
Oversee performance, resilience and security testing with engineering teams
Provide release readiness reporting, risk assessments and executive dashboards
Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary testing team
Drive continuous improvement through defect analysis and tooling enhancements
