Senior Solicitor / Associate – Corporate Commercial

Our client is looking for a Corporate specialist with at least 4 years’ experience within a large private practice to join their high performing Christchurch team. You will have specialised in corporate law, providing advice on restructures, acquisitions, mergers, financing and limited partnerships. You will be someone that is a team player, with a good technical background, and a drive to learn and grow.
