Key Responsibilities

1. Customer & Solution Engagement

• Deliver technical consulting and conceptual designs that meet customer needs for capacity, uptime, and energy efficiency.

• Support sales teams by developing technical proposals, equipment strategies, and comprehensive power distribution concepts during pre-sales and tender phases.

• Manage RFP submissions and deliver essential technical and engineering documentation. Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of RFPs to ascertain customer needs.

• Oversee the creation of critical technical and sales materials, including advanced M&E schematics and technical presentation content.

• Coordinate workshops, technical sessions, and meetings with customers to ensure effective communication.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to verify that final solutions fully address customer objectives and align with company strategy.
