About The Team
Sitting in the Sales within Mural’s Revenue Org, the Clients Services Team works closely with a wide range of Sales and Success Stakeholders: Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Professional Services Delivery Consultants. Working with our Account Teams we bring customer relevant solutions to our sales process across discovery, demos, thought leadership, services scoping, coaching and facilitation. We are a dedicated team focused on growing Mural and LUMA services revenue.
YOUR MISSION
You'll be a critical bridge between our sales team and our clients, showcasing the power of our LUMA and Consulting services. You'll work with clients to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and drive successful implementations. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock the full potential of Mural's offerings.
