Senior Sourcing

• Lead and manage private label product development from ideation to launch
  
• Work closely with OEM manufacturers (local and overseas) on product specifications, materials, costing, MOQ, and timelines
  
• Translate product concepts into clear technical specifications and commercial requirements
  
• Conduct factory discussions, evaluations, and negotiations to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance
  
• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, QA, and marketing teams
  
• Manage product sampling, revisions, approvals, and production readiness
  
• Monitor production progress and resolve quality, delivery, or technical issues
  
• Support continuous improvement on product design, packaging, and cost optimization
