Senior Sourcing Specialist

Responsible for the development and management of non-production material suppliers, including but not limited to insurance, certification, logistics, equipment maintenance, accessories, and administrative supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis, price benchmarking, contract clause negotiation, and manage the signing and execution of procurement contracts.
• Create and manage purchase orders in SAP / SRM, issue orders based on approved purchase requests and quotations, and track orders through completion.
• Follow up on supplier invoices, manage accounts payable, and initiate supplier payment requests.
• Coordinate and resolve exceptional or urgent issues related to procurement.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by management.
