As a women's only wellness destination that integrates a curated café experience, this role requires a unique balancing act between high-standard F&B management and the tranquil, attentive service expected in a recovery space.

As the senior culinary professional on-site, you will be the driving force behind our kitchen operations. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will hold full accountability for the Back-of-House, from menu execution and recipe consistency to inventory management and food safety.
