Senior Specialist Application Operation Support

Job Purpose:
The role ensures stable, compliant and efficient application operations for IBSol‑supported China branches by delivering high‑quality technical product management and BAU operations.
The Senior Specialist provides deep technical operational expertise, coordinates cross‑functional service delivery, and contributes to requirement clarification, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within an Agile delivery context.
Key activities:
Deliver full-stack Application Operations by managing and supporting the complete technology chain — infrastructure, middleware and application layers — ensuring stability, performance and availability across all components in scope.
Act as Technical Product Manager in operations, ensuring all technical components (servers, middleware components, application modules, interfaces, job chains, schedulers, connectivity paths) remain secure, compliant and lifecycle‑current.
