Senior Specialist, Baking Technology and Commercialization

Hiring Requirements

Under the direction of the Manager, Baking Technology and Commercialization, the successful candidate will serve as the primary technical liaison for bakery management teams, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality baked goods. The role requires collaboration with the Research & Development team and cross-functional departments such as marketing, regulatory affairs, finance, and purchasing to support the commercialization of new bakery products.

• Take a leadership role in resolving product and process issues encountered by the bakeries and develop actionable plans, ensuring accountability for meeting established timelines.
