Job Description

                    Job Description:As a Commercial Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of shaft Commercial Advisors for the Amandelbult Mine, Performance reporting for Amandelbult Mine and supporting the Commercial Manager for the operation. You will be responsible for not only the coordination and management of key deliverables, but also for driving key business improvement, commercial strategic initiatives and building a high-performance team. The Commercial Finance Specialist will need to provide commercial insights to support decision making and ensuring adherence to governance policies. Some of the specific tasks that are also required include:
Preparing Amandelbult Mine weekly, monthly, quarterly, interim, and year-end (or as required) management reports ensuring key issues are highlighted with focus on key
Assist and advise discipline Managers & Superintendents to develop budgets, e.g., by providing insights into financial data and consolidating inputs<...
