About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Customer Acquisition to drive growth in the SMB segment across the APAC region. This role focuses on converting inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the full sales cycle, with an emphasis on deal closure rather than cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition by managing inbound leads from initial contact to deal closure.Qualify a high volume of leads (~60 per week) efficiently and effectively.Support SMB sales (Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-to-deal conversion.Familiar with AI innovations and solutions relevant to potential clients.Track metrics and provide insights to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
