The **Senior Specialist, Environmental** plays a critical role in ensuring strong environmental compliance and performance across the organization. This position provides technical expertise, regulatory guidance, and leadership to support environmental programs, drive continuous improvement, and promote consistent work practices across business units.

**What You'll Do**

+ Provide enterprise-wide environmental regulatory guidance and interpretation across waste and water programs, including CWA, RCRA related federal rules, and applicable state requirements for Phillips 66 operating assets.
+ Provide oversight of the Phillips 66 Commercial Waste Management Program, including oversight of approved commercial waste facilities, audit strategy, facility review, and program implementation.
