Senior Specialist - Financial Operations

Responsibilities:

•Handle on accounting activities that related with online Marketplace’stransactions.•Cash reconciliations to/from marketplaces.•Monitoring on AR Collection from marketplaces and AR outstanding balances.•Reconcile and prepare journal records for uploading to system.•Perform account reconciliations for assigned GL accounts.•Communicate with marketplaces or any related teams to resolve any issues thatrelated with settlement transactions.•Other works related to Marketplaces reconciliation as required.

Qualification:

•Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.•Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Ecommerce and reconciliation.•Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and Netsuite is a plus.• Fluent in Thai with Good command of English, both in written and verbal.•Diligent, team player, detail-oriented & honest.•Good interpersonal relation and service minded.•Proactive and have an attitude for problem-solving.•Able to work ...
