Senior Specialist - HCP Campaign Operations within the GTMC Team will plan and execute market‑driven campaigns, make data‑driven business recommendations, and create insightful presentations. The role optimizes omnichannel strategies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), leveraging campaign automation and data segmentation expertise to provide valuable recommendations.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns following market requirements and brief
• Review and ensure Associate Specialists and Specialists perform campaign tagging according to standard taxonomy and that campaigns are tested according to protocol prior to deployment
• Guide Associate Specialists and Specialists for CRM/SFMC formatting
• Make business recommendations based on data findings, create presentations to highlight recommendations and narrate the story
