Senior Specialist, Inforce Management and Pricing

**The Opportunity**

This position plays a critical role in sustaining business value, ensuring continuity of analysis, and delivering actionable insights to improve policyholder retention and enhance product profitability.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Deep dive analysis on persistency experience drivers to identify root causes and actionable insights as well as monitoring the key KPIs, regular reporting and emerging trends.
+ Close collaboration with other functions (Sales, Operations, marketing, etc.) and other key stakeholders to influence and drive inforce initiatives and provide update to managements on timely manner.
