Senior Specialist, Investment Operations

What you will be doing:

• Liaise with fund managers and service providers with regards to fund operations

• Ensure full compliance with local regulations (MAS/CPF guidelines) and internal policies/SOPs

• Support company's objectives from an investment operation's perspective, including new fund launches, product launches, system enhancements and regional project initiatives

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of trades and all investment back-office related processes

• Review of fund valuation reports and fund prices

• Ensure zero pricing error for investment-linked funds

• Maintaining up to date GL, bank and unit reconciliations, aging with timely clearance of unidentified items/discrepancies

• Adhere to and maintain up to date documentation on all operational processes

• Participate in the implementation of new funds and product launches
