Senior Specialist, Investment

To provide technical expertise and support to the Manager, Technology Portfolio Management & Strategy. Provide expertise and ensure strong and well-executed financial and business analysis reports for the Upstream Technology & Innovation center.

Lead the Team’s work in assessing all investable opportunities, whether internally generated or external approaches. Build a standardised methodology and workflow using best practice and internationally recognised approaches to evaluate, risk‑assess and quantify the probabilistic costs and returns from all Upstream investment opportunities.

Support the Portfolio Management & Strategy team, as well as the leadership in UTIC to develop and quantify the pipeline of investable opportunities; and actively engage with the UAE National business community to seek relevant technology or AI‑based leads.
