The Senior Specialist, Operations Enablement Reporting is a critical builder role designed to spearhead the modernization of Questbank’s operational data landscape. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Enablement, this individual will lead the charge in transforming fragmented, legacy data into a single source of truth that provides daily, actionable insights for Executive Leadership and Operations Managers.

As a Senior Specialist, you will transition the bank from manual reporting to a sophisticated, automated ecosystem. You are responsible for revamping data management and governance frameworks to ensure the health of our business, from credit cards and mortgages to collections, is visible in real-time.
