To provide technical expertise and support to the Manager, Technology Portfolio Management & Strategy. Lead the ADNOC Upstream Technology & Innovation strategy development including innovation portfolio management, new technology introduction (NTI) process, external technology partnerships, and strategic marketing. Ensure all ADNOC innovation strategic goals and objectives are effectively and efficiently managed, innovation financials are monitored, external technology programs are aligned to strategy and managed, identify new opportunities for growth through strategic marketing, and maximize the return on our innovation investment.
Key Accountabilities Job Specific Accountabilities- Review, prioritize and advise the leadership of the Upstream Technology & Innovation center on the strategic goals and objectives of science and technology, and the quality and future direction of the company’s research and development programs.
